1. General
Terms and conditions for Soluna Jewellery Ltd.
Registered address: F51 Casby House, London SE16 4SX. Soluna Jewellery is our trading name. For the purpose of these terms and conditions of web site use, Soluna means soluna jewellery.com
These terms and conditions govern your use of the site and purchase of goods and services from the site. By continuing to access the soluna-jewellery.com site you are deemed to be accepting and consenting to the practices described in the terms and conditions, which may be updated by us from time to time. A regular visit to this page will ensure awareness of any future changes. Your continued use of this site following such change shall signify your agreement to be bound by the modified terms and conditions.

2. Terms of sale
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

3. The contract between us
We must receive payment in whole for the price of the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. This is not an Order Acceptance from SOLUNA Jewellery Ltd. Our acceptance of your order takes place on the despatch to you of the products ordered. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.
Only adults (persons aged 18 and over) are entitled to enter into legally binding contracts and as a result are the only people entitled to transact through this site. Any other individuals who are unable to perform legally binding contracts are prohibited from ordering goods using this site. If you do not qualify do not use this site.

4. Pricing conditions
The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out in the e-mail quotation that you would have received.

All of our prices are in UK Pounds. You will be billed in UK Pounds and if you purchase from outside the UK, currency fluctuations and credit card charges may make a difference to the amount billed on your credit card.

Please note that prices in all printed publications are correct at the time of publication and we reserve the right to amend these without prior notification.
Promotional discount codes: We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes (either directly or via third parties) which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made though this Website. Such codes may only be applied to purchases of full-price items and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discounts.

5. Delivery conditions
Free delivery applies to UK based addresses. For some European countries, you may be required to pay extra for delivery and it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. Please have a look at our standard delivery services as shown in the table below

6. Your Consent
By visiting Soluna Jewellery, you are accepting and consenting to the practices described in this Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions. By submitting your information you can censor the use of that information as set out in this policy. If we change our privacy policy we will post the changes on this page and may place notices on other pages of the website so that you may become aware of the information we collect and how we use it at all times. Because of the global nature of the Internet infrastructure, the information you provide may be transferred in transit to countries outside the European Economic Area that do not have similar protections in place regarding your data and its use as set out in this policy. However, we have taken the steps outlined above to try to improve the security of your information. By submitting your information you consent to these transfers.

We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you give us is correct and accurate and that there is somebody to sign for and take delivery of the goods from the delivery service used.
You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been dispatched to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
We make no promise that materials on our website are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the United Kingdom, and accessing the website from territories where its contents are illegal or unlawful is prohibited. If you choose to access this site from locations outside the United Kingdom, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
If your order is returned to us because the courier or postal service could not complete the delivery to you for whatever reason, then you will be responsible for the repeat delivery costs.

6. Refund policy
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return item(s) within 20 days of purchase. They need to be returned with their original packaging and dispatch note and we will be happy to refund your order.
Please note, if an exchange is required, your order will need to be refunded and a new order will be placed. Please contact info@soluna-jewellery.com and we’ll be happy to help you with this.
Regrettably any bespoke jewelleries or items engraved cannot be refunded unless they are defective or faulty.

7. Cancellation by us
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between you and us if:

• we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered;
• we do not deliver to your area; or
• one or more of the items you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.

If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by email or by telephone, and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

8. Liability
If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by email of the problem within 7 working days of the delivery of the goods in question.
If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 7 working days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by email or telephone at our contact address of the problem within 14 days of the date on which you ordered the goods. If you notify us of a problem under this condition, our only obligation will be, at your option either:

• to make good any shortage or non-delivery; or
• to replace any goods that are damaged or defective; or
• to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question in whatever way we choose.

We cannot be held responsible for any delays once the goods have left us and are in possession of the courier or mail services.

9. Notice
SOLUNA Jewellery Ltd may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to SOLUNA Jewellery Ltd.
Unless otherwise expressly stated in these terms and conditions, all notices from you to us must be in writing and sent by email to our contact address at info@soluna-jewellery.com.

You acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of our Privacy Policy.

The entire content included in this site, including but not limited to text, graphics or code is copyrighted as a collective work under English and other copyright laws, and is the property of SOLUNA Jewellery Limited. The collective work includes works that are licensed to SOLUNA Jewellery Limited.
Permission is granted to electronically copy and print hard copy portions of this site for the sole purpose of placing an order with SOLUNA Jewellery or purchasing our products. You may display and, subject to any expressly stated restrictions or limitations relating to specific material, download or print portions of the material from the different areas of the site solely for your own non-commercial use, or to place an order with SOLUNA Jewellery Ltd or to purchase our products.
